Orientation of Filipino SEA-Teachers, MABUHAY!

Day 5 (Friday, January 11, 2019)

Pride of Philippines: Filipino and Filipina SEA-TEACHERS 

       Today we were gathered in the Rektorat for the orientation together with some of the school officials and our Indonesian buddies. Pak Ananda opened the meeting and warmly welcomed the participants in the SEA-TEACHER and SEA-TVET Program. Next to him was the Vice Rector, he introduced himself and also welcomed us all. The Vice Rector spoke in Bahasa that's why we were not able to understand what he was saying. As for formality, we individually introduced ourselves and I was the first one to introduce. Aside from that, the Indonesian participants of SEA-TVET Program also introduced themselves. Pak Ananda took over the orientation and proceeded with the assigning of schools. All of us were reminded about the 4 phases of our teaching internship. We were also introduced to our mentors from UNP. Meanwhile, the Vice Rector left the meeting because he still needs to attend his other appointments. After the short meeting ended, we went to our dormitory.
